This is the 4th time i have done this guided tour with friends and cannot rate Johnson highly enough. He is incredibly knowledgeable, without being boring, very willing to answer questions and makes Madurai come alive. He is also very patient with disorganised tourists! He has a lovely friendly manner which makes thd trip easy..

We had an amazing tour with Mr John of the temple complex in Madurai, as a foreigner he is the best guide I have met in India (having explored 12 states to date). His English was impeccable; he was very knowledgeable and took time to explain not only about the temple and Deities, but cultural and historical information about Tamil Nadu, Madurai and Hinduism too for me and my parents.
Highly recommend!
